If you transfer your domain name service from NASK to the chosen Registrar, you are still a domain name holder and Regulations setting out the conditions of providing services by the NASK in the area of .pl domain names are in force, as well as regulation (code of practice) of the Registrar's service, the one who is operating the domain name.
Registrar is representing your interests prior to NASK.
If your domain name maintenance is served by the Registrar X, you can transfer the service to the Registrar Y. For your request the Registrar shall forthwith issue an accessible domain name identification passwords (authinfo), which allow the transfer. Registrar is not allowed to condition the name identification code with additional provisions.
Your express consent is required:
domain name's transfer to the another Registrar
change of domain name's subscriber
domain name subscriber's data update
domain name's delegation removal
For your own security, please check, if your e-mail address in data contact is correct. In case of significant changes the confirmation of its change/update is sent to domain name holders' e-mail (for example: data's changes of domain name holder).
Please clarify if and which way the Registrar will inform you about the end of your domain name account period.
In case you encounter with conflicting/adverse actions to the points mentioned above, and mostly to the Rules of registration and maintenance of domain names in NASK and to regulation (code of practice) of the Registrar's serve, please inform us. The letter should contain:
Name of domain (domains)
Registrar's name
Precise description of the situation
Documents confirming validity of a claim (e-mail or written correspondence)
